If the rating comes back positive, they are then provided links to Yelp and Google+ (or any other review site) so they can leave you positive reviews.  If the rating comes back negative, you can reach out to the customer right away to try and resolve the situation before they leave a negative review for you.

In addition, RepEngage offers the ability to collect your customers email and phone numbers automatically by participating in giveaways or signing up for coupons.
